Had product for years, whenever I’ve had performance issues or questions I’ve had no issue getting them resolved or answered. Recently I’ve learned that everyone who knew anything about my Watermaker has quit due to upper management. I was passed around to one person who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He said he was the manager. Beware that you may not get service or support on your product.

Overall just not very impressed by Nimbus lately.

Had issues with my Nimbus system, once Anthony got involved the issues were addressed and fixed at once. I understand the former employee that I and many other from the bad reviews had issues with is no longer with the company. The system is working well and the water taste wonderful.
