I️ had ordered bars and a mat for my daughter for Christmas. I️ paid $70 in shipping... the box came mangled. When it was time to assemble there was no directions and no hardware.... basically ruined my Christmas. I️ called to complain and no apologies nor did my issue seem to be important. 8 days later my hardware finally came. Just extremely disappointed.
