This place is horrible when other places was full this one was empty. The lady charge me 35 dollars regular manicure. Plus 2 dollars using my debit card. And I said charge also 4 dollars for your tips and 4 dollars for the other lady she did to my friend she say to me how much I have to leave for tips 8 dollars each one and tips is 8 dollars and up for each one. It was very sad and embarrassing, I tipped 23.33% to the lady that did my pedicure. And she accused me of not tipping as I was leaving when their boss had questioned me if I tipped. I asked for her to check her pockets, I understand maybe she forgot I did, I tried to remind her of how it happened even asked to check cameras.. but they made me look bad in-front of two other customers that might’ve been minding their business when that happened…it is very upsetting..

Rude and pricey for the poor service they offer. They charged me $10 to remove my existing gel and didnt even remove all of it. I let her know but they dont even have the right tools. She was going to completely destroy my nail if she kept on filing to remove it. So, I had to ask her to just leave it.. They also charge $2 credit card fee that they dont mention in advance, even if you ask -I did ask as soon as I walked in-. No manners, either :)

My friend and I desperately needed to do a pedicure and we couldn't wait for our regular place down the street to be available so we decided to come here and big mistake. While other salons were full of people this one was empty and I know why. They treated us terribly. Bad service, unprofessional and just felt rushed. The owner did my nails while a hispanic woman did my friends, when my friend would ask questions she would ignore her.
