I don't care how good or how bad a doctor is....if she doesn't return phone calls she is not worth seeing. Her excuse for not returning my phone call was "I was tired, I worked hard all day". She told me and advised me that if I needed to call her and if she wasn't available she would call me back as soon as possible.
