Now that we’ve lived a Nilson Home for three years, my review has dropped two stars. They are no where near “luxury”. Builder grade at best. Terrible flooring, cabinets. HVAC, and insulation. Average craftsmanship. Glad I was able to “lowball” them at the time because turns out I paid what it was worth. Also forgot to mention shabby electrical as half the house flickers when you run the coffee maker.
Time to correct the direction to this address 4441 W 3800 S West Haven UT 84401 and the neighborhood. The house at the address was built in the middle of the old road which means people need to go west one more street to get to the neighborhood.
