DR. Susan Nilmeier is GREAT!!! I had to cancel due to the office personnel JUDY. I am Mexican and she would not even look at me the only eye contact we had was when I walked in she just looked at me did not even ask if she could help me I had to be the one to tell her I had an appointment after that she avoided eye contact as much as she could. Her attitude was terrible!! even though I loved Dr. Nilmeier I will not return. This is the only reason I give a one star
As a chiropractor myself I highly recommend Dr. Susan. Gentle yet firm and precise, very friendly with a great bedside manner. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I am mediately felt better after the adjustment and I schedule regular adjustments as part of my wellness program.

Dr. Nilmeier is simply the best. She doesn't rush to get to the next patient; she simply does what she does. It's not just a chiropractic adjustment; she makes the patient relax. There is definitely some "magic" in her demeanor and hands.
Dr. Neilmeier's work is truly effective. I've had a cervical issue that burdened me with an unbearable pain to the point where I had difficulty concentrating on whatever I was doing. I've been seeing her on a relaxed schedule for about three months and my condition is significantly better. Her approach is confident and realistic. I highly recommend her.
