Dr Patel listened to my symptoms and offered me a solution, in office, which addressed a years old issue. I wish I’d brought it to his attention sooner!
My care was good, and I liked the provider I saw, but as soon I was called back I was shown an itemized bill that I was told I would need to pay and asked to sign it before receiving care. (That ended up being inaccurate based on my insurance coverage.) I was referred to a specialist who was out of network for a hearing test and was falsely told they were in network.
