He doesn't respect patience time. He gives no care that others are waiting and missing work. He has overextended himself and his clients and insurance companies are paying for it.
I called up and made an appointment with Dr. Patel. At the time of making my appointment, I gave the lady all of my health information that Dr. Patel requires for a first time patient. On the day of my appointment, I showed up 20 minutes early. But much to my surprise, the check-in lady was unable to find my appointment nor any of my insurance information I gave over the phone. He is NOT even board certified in infectious disease and it really shows.
The front desk discusses openly patient's conditions without any privacy. No confidentiality for patients, They speak (receptionist and nurse) in Spanish in the office and talk about almost every patient. Very unprofessional. I was shocked to say the least.
