Dr. Chaudhari is a very good orthopedic doctor. No problem with him at all. Unfortunately, i would rate the facility overall from the inconsistent follow through and insensitive staff members when speaking to them directly. I won't mention any names of these individuals out of respect. I felt no empathy whatsoever as the treatment went on. Dr. Chaudhari provided excellent care and explanation. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Awful to work with. They took my payment at the time of my service. The doctor comes in and tells me the past xray and ultrasound were normal so he just wants to put steroid shots in my hand. He spends less than 15 minutes with me. I don’t get the shots yet because I have to have it approved first so I leave. I keep getting texts messages now with an additional bill of $400!!!!
