Ridiculous drove all the way from Manteca for a scheduled tour. And no body answering the phone or the door when I arrived. It’s was a waste of time
I lived in this apartment for 2 years. And I will absolutely say that not only is the parking situation absolutely atrocious, because people would flip their cars (STILL DO) and hog all GUEST parking spaces acting like it is their designated spot. The walls are also paper thin, so you can hear everything- EVERYTHING. The train runs for 15-20mins past midnight at late / early hours, the complex is small and the leasing office was never a help to us. I’ve lived here for more than 2 years now and I would not recommend this place unless you are desperately looking for a mildly priced location. Only reason I’m still here is because I have a very elderly dog and don’t want to put her through the stress of another move. I tried scheduling a tour for a studio apartment. First, Julie Kunishige kept canceling my tour. I kept rescheduling and after her fourth time canceling I gave up. Then I kept being spammed with emails to come tour a different studio. I scheduled with Erin Swanson. I received another email today that they were hosting an open house for a one bedroom.
