Recommendedthe staff & maintenance I find to be extremely helpful. certainly it is a large apartment complex with issues you are sure to find in such a place. follow the rules, be patient & considerate & life here is wonderful.
the office people are very nasty attitudes. allways riding you about something. not to mention there is a lot of drug activity. selling and doing it. the 7th floor smells like weed and crack. they allow other residents trying to fight with you.
the niles highrise is ran by corrupt drama queens and they stick up and keep letting the drug addicts live there even when they have proof of it and ban the wrong people and evict the wrong residents.. i dont and never would live there to many beg bugs n cock roaches and way to much drama and to many junkies n crack heads live in the niles place
