Amazing staff. From the moment I entered the building I felt welcomed, seen, and heard. The ladies were all professional and friendly. Truly a special staff and I can’t thank you ladies enough for all that you do.
Today, 5/28/26 at 4pm; I attempted to make an appointment to get a physical for an employer. The staff was informed several times I had an employer authorization form. They informed me, per the manager; the company does not pay its bills and they are now having employees pay their own bill. That information was not my business and between the company and the healthcare provider, Advocate! The staff insisted I pay them 94.00 when I arrive. The nurse practitioner was so great. She was very friendly, professional, patient and listened well to my issues. She was extremely caring and intelligent. I felt like my care was exceptional and I was in good hands. The nurse and check in staff was great too. Such an excellent and efficent experience from start to finish.
