Nothing but trouble and legal nightmares. This firm does not respect any rules of ethics or any moral code. They succeeded in obtaining a judgement against me, and despite the fact that it's paid in full since 2017, they refuse to clear my name.
Did a closing with Nick. Upon moving into home, realized a lot of the disclosure was lied about. Contacted Nick about situation, he was of no help. He was supposed to work for us, and his dad for the sellers. But, seemed like they both worked for the sellers and screwed us. Do not recommend at all for anything. And oh ya, it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my title or title insurance for the home.
