Edit: Customer service finally reached out to provide the refund. I do like the car wash but plans are expensive and certainly not justified. My gf signed up for this account and I took her car to wash it & paid for it. They had a promotion for $18 the first month. It charged me and let me wash it. Next day I went to wash it and had to enter her number again, this time it charged me $45 two days later! Customer service does not answer texts or calls or emails!!!

I have the middle package , I wish there was a way to up grade a wash like once a moth with hot wax.
Screens do not work to select a wash and no one answers the phone when you call.
