Updating my review: After speaking with management, they addressed the situation promptly and made it right. I appreciate the follow-up and their customer service! Well I just wasted $10 and 30 minutes waiting in line. Didn’t even clean my standard suv all the way. Disappointing to say the least. I think I will drive the extra time to Austintown. Didn’t get the blow dryer this time either because while drying it just continuously drips water on the part it just dried.
I like this place and use it often, only complaint is it doesn't rinse your car off good enough... always leave there a little soapy...
