I love shopping at Nile Corp, the associates are always so friendly and helpful. They always have what I need and if not they always recommend new ideas. Their products are of good quality and I’ve never had any problems with the quality. Definitely recommend buying from Nile Corp.
I placed an order a week ago. The package was shipped 2 days later; however, tracking shows it has not moved in 5 days. I contacted Fedex and they said the package was lost. I contacted customer no-service at Nile Corp and, as others have noted, I received terrible customer no-service. I spoke with Irene and she was quite condescending to me. If I could leave a zero star I would. If you are a customer looking for customer service then don't shop here. If you are a customer that likes REAL wholesale prices then don't shop here. If you want reasonable turn around time on your orders DON'T SHOP HERE. These people in the front act like they have zero education, zero qualifications to be in customer service and not to mention lazy. Im a private seller for selling jewelleries online. I used to go to downtown LA to buy all my accessories until I have found Nile Corp lately. They have large selection of display, display cases, bust, and even packaging materials that fit my needs. Their customer service reps are super friendly and knowledgeable.
