Not sure why this place has 4.2 stars but maybe I got the wrong lady this day to do my brows. Came in explicitly saying I just wanted a CLEANING and expressed that I like my eyebrows to be THICK and to leave my natural arch of my brow, the lady nodded her head and sat me down. I got up once more and expressed this as this has happened more than once. She took about 10 minutes on 1 single eyebrow, continuing to go over the same part of my brow (the arch) and the line get breaking. I should’ve trusted my gut something went wro... read more
Usually I’m happy with the service but the trick to skip everyone, I found out today is walk in behind other people ask for a specific person, and your moved automatically up to the front instead of waiting like everyone else. Nothing wrong with the service but I don’t appreciate being skipped in line by someone else.
