The lady of the salon was super unfriendly and I came out with uneven eyebrows. I told her I just wanted a cleaning and keep my shape. She didn’t talk to me just pushed me on the chair and kept threading until I had to remind her that I just wanted a clean up and then she stopped. Now my eyebrows are too plucked and uneven. Not sure how this place is so highly rated.
Khem did an amazing job doing a facial. Loved it. Definitely recommend it.
I’m not an expert in health regulations, but I noticed something that seems unsanitary. The employees keep a comb in their hair, pull it out to comb clients’ eyebrows before threading, and then put it right back in their hair. I saw this happen with several clients. In barbershops, combs and other tools must be cleaned in a disinfectant solution like Barbicide, which kills germs and prevents infections.
