The dealership is located in an area that is very unsafe, bad, poorly maintained, and uninviting. Very negative experience with a representative from this dealership. While I was in Miami, he sent me a screenshot/message making a humiliating joke about me, using the term “socially awkward” after I had already told him multiple times that I did not like that and that there was no reason to keep using that label toward me. Found my truck here at Nikos!! Great experience. Drove from Georgia to come pick it up. Great communication up front about the vehicle via Facebook messenger. We negotiated and when I showed up it was exactly the condition and price I expected. No hidden fees, no surprise "Gotchas". Just bought a 2020 Durango R/T from Nikos Used Cars and I couldn't be happier! The car is in great condition, runs smoothly, and was fairly priced. The staff was super helpful and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a used car!
