The dealership is located in an area that is very unsafe, bad, poorly maintained, and uninviting. Very negative experience with a representative from this dealership. While I was in Miami, he sent me a screenshot/message making a humiliating joke about me, using the term “socially awkward” after I had already told him multiple times that I did not like that and that there was no reason to keep using that label toward me. Found my truck here at Nikos!! Great experience. Drove from Georgia to come pick it up. Great communication up front about the vehicle via Facebook messenger. We negotiated and when I showed up it was exactly the condition and price I expected. No hidden fees, no surprise "Gotchas". You can tell that this is a family owned business that cares about reputation and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I will be using them again. Thanks gentlemen!!!!
