OUR kitchen is "certified green". That means ALL of OUR organic waste is composted AT local north county farms. ALL of OUR plastic. Metal and glass waste is recycled. And ALL of OUR OIL waste is collected by "buster BIO-FUEL" WHO transforms it into a fuel that is donated to local school districts for their buses. Just give US a TRY and YOU'LL taste what those fast food chains have been leaving OUT. Real food!.

I would give more stars because there food is amazing but I'm about to give up even trying to eat here anymore never open during their posted hours and sometimes they just won't be open at all for days its a shame I would i've spent a lot of money at this place if they were open for dinner or even when they say they're open me my girl and my brother love the place but my brother has already given up on them and I think I am to this is the 10th time I've wanted to eat here and could not it's a shame

We stopped by to get some gas and was surprised to find an Italian restaurant inside. It looks like it's family owned and operated. The chef and his daughter are extremely friendly and helpful. It's fresh made from scratch so it took longer than expected.

As a native of NJ who has lived in San Diego since 1986, I'm always looking for a good East Coast style Italian deli. A friend of mine in Vista told me about this place and I'm so glad I checked it out. (I would never have found it on my own in the back of the gas station.) In my first visit I tried their classic italian sub and it was superb...so nice that they take the time to source local italian bread and use quality meats.
