A.W. Van Winkle & Company has stooped to cold spamming Bergen County (and other) residents. They must have acquired a fairly accurate consumer database/list from somewhere, down to cell phone numbers. Now Nikole and team have begun spamming unsuspecting home owners. They send a text message out of the blue that says "Hi, is this <your name>?
