RENTER BEWARE. When we moved into our apartment it obviously hadn't been cleaned. Upon moving out, Brian has done everything in his power to keep our security deposit, offering us a measly $100 out of over $900 for cleaning and painting and citing blatant lies as his reason for keeping our money.
