My experience started off fine — the wash was amazing, and I initially left happy. However, after about a week, when I washed my hair at home, I realized I had significant heat damage. For reference, I have 3B/3C hair, and now my ends are pin-straight even after washing and air drying. Shampoo guy put a lot of water in my ears. Was charged $50 to start just because I have natural hair? Posted price to begin was $40. Hair stylist was quick. Only lasted overnight but was satisfied when I left

The place is beautifully kept, the shampoo guy is awesome and Nikky was fabulous. It’s been 2 yrs since I had my hair out & she did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend her place of business
