I went there and okay I got my hair done. I really loved my hair when it done but if you want to know about the experience sheesh here we go. It started out okay until the tall mid 40 ish Puerto Rican woman signal me to come the hair wash area to get my hair wash…. When I say that she does not have any manners.. NO MANNERS at all! What type of person say” A! Come!” to a client that giving you their hard earned money??? This was our 1st time visiting Ms Nikkys shop.My daughter and I got was blow dry n straightened...Ms Nikky got us in and out. My daughter has a lot of hair n is tender headed and Ms Nikky was very patient with her I appreciate that being she's also recovering from a head injury. The shampoo guy too was amazing when I say I needed a cigarette after that scrub (n I don't even smoke) lol My overall experience was fantastic we'll definitely be back and Ms Nikky let my daughter pet her dog that made my daughter day she loves pets... read more
Terrible service and communication. Randomly upped prices without notifying reoccurring customers. When I tried to say I didn’t pay the same price before she tried to lie and say I haven’t come in five years. When I typed my number in and she seen my transactions, seeing my last visit was March when I was home from college, she replied, “upped prices because everything so expensive.” Why wouldn’t you make that clear when a customer first comes in and why would you try to lie.
