Staff are very rude and not very prompt. I've been a few times and the service is consistent every time. Definitely not going back.

Absolutely terrible!! We rented a tux for my son for homecoming. The seamstress did all the measurements. Well, the pants were huge, the shirt and tie were fine, the vest was an entire size too big. They said to adjust the band in the back. Well to adjust it to fit his body, it gave him a big pucker around the shoulders. He could have folded it over by about 4-6 inches. When we returned it, the lady was extremely rude! She informed me she didn't know what to tell me, it was normal. I told her I would never use them again.

Absolutely ignore any positive review you read on here! These are possibly the rudest people you will ever work with. Lets start with I called to find out how much it would be to get by ball gown style dress pressed before my wedding. They stated this would be $10-$15, that was a lie. They charged me $50 and stated that whoever answered was wrong. My mother, father, and sister all took their clothing to be pressed there before the wedding also and were treated so horribly. I love Nikko's. The other reviews on here are wrong. I have always had a wonderful experience. They're fast, honest and helpful. We were hoping to get my mother's wedding dress cleaned, for my sister, they advise it could be harmful to the dress and explained ways we could try at home. I now live in Columbus and still only use Nikko's.

RUDE! I only went here for my wedding because of a past bad experience at Wades. These jackoffs are not any better. Make the trip out of town and save yourself a headache.

I got my wedding dress at David's Bridal in St.Clairsville, and didn't want to drive back to get it altered so I had Nikko's do it. They weren't bad at first, a little rude, but not bad. I was told it would be $67.00 with the alterations and having it steamed. When I went to pick it up the day before my wedding, the seamstress wasn't there and I was told it was $41.00.
