Came as a walk-in, was registered, attended to and checked out in about an hour. Fina helped with paperwork/insurance, Stacy and Jazzmine took care of my reason for visiting. Will definitely be visiting again for preventive care. Thank you!
I had an amazing experience at Nikko Dermatology! Fina at the front desk was warm, kind, and made me feel so welcome. Jasmine, the medical assistant, was outstanding! She was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and attentive. She explained everything clearly, anticipated questions before I even asked, and made the entire visit feel smooth and professional. Very impressed. Always see Stacy and she is very nice, very informative and ensure that I got the treatment I need. The staffs are always so smiley and fun to talk to.
