I did my research on Nikki Snips Salon since I've had bad haircuts at other places for the past 3 years. My original hair stylist retired and she had been cutting my hair for over 35 years! When I made an appointment the receptionist Robin was so sweet and understanding. I wanted the owner Nicole to cut and style my hair. When I arrived we sat and had a 15 minute consultation before anything was done, which I feel is very important as a first time customer.
