I contacted Nikki's plumbing to get an estimate about 2 weeks before I was to replace my toilet. I told them I would supply a specific type of toilet and they gave me an estimate for that particular type. When I ordered and received the toilet, I called them to tell them it was here. At that time, they decided not to replace the toilet because they said they were old people and could not lift it. I was surprised because they knew what I was ordering that particular toilet and agreed to do the work.
