We opted to shop on a week day to avoid crowds during peak prom dress shopping season for our first ever formal dress purchase. Nikki's Nex2New is the first and only stop we made. My daughter was assisted by Nikki throughout our time in the store, and was encouraged to take the time she needed to narrow down her selection to the dress that is perfect for her. Came in on a Sunday afternoon from West Bend looking for a Prom dress for my daughter. Not only did the 2 young ladies working go above and beyond in assisting us find the perfect dress and giving so much helpful advice, they also continued to help us even after their closing time! They continued to stay eager in making sure we found the best dress, and never made us feel rushed or inconvenienced.
