In general I’ve enjoyed Nikki’s massages, I used to go regularly. Last Christmas my wife gifted me a gift certificate and in January I got pregnant, had a high risk twin pregnancy unable to get massages. I am finally cleared and went yesterday to use my gift certificate and they said it expired and I could not use it, I then had to pay. Well I saw all the bad reviews about this place for not greeting or being welcoming to the customers; I don’t really care about much talking I was looking forward to easy my pain. This place is very clean, not bad smells .. I believe the employee doesn’t know much English, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t knows how to do her job!
