I am truly disappointed with my experience at Nikki Hair Studio. I had scheduled a 5pm appointment explicitly with the stylist, as this was my first visit, and I placed my trust in her to care for my hair. I also confirmed the appointment via text message. However, upon arrival, she appeared uncertain that I had an appointment, which immediately made me feel unwelcome and confused. So glad I found a new Natural Hair Salon! I had locs for years and I finally got tired of the upkeep and combed them all out! Once they were gone I wasn’t sure what to do with my loose natural hair. I went on Google and found this place and I’m so glad I did! The owner was super friendly and understanding of my hair care journey. She helped get my hair feeling fresh and new again for the new year. I will definitely be coming back!
