Get some people to work for you that actually have a brain.
I absolutely HATE having to deal with this asinine Co. I'm diabetic and it's a CONSTANT battle trying to get a correct prescription. In 2.5 yrs it's NEVER been correct and I have to get it corrected on Every Order.
I can't stand this company. Due to my insurance changing I have to be using them, but I used to use Walgreens specialty Pharmacy and never had any issues. Optum customer service sucks, they take long to deliver your medications and when you call there is always an issue. Walgreens would call me for my refills, always was willing to ship next day if had to and if I was traveling they were able to send to where ever I am. OPTUMRX need to get it together.
very poor online customer service. I was bounced back and forth 6 times to different department and each one claimed they were not the department for my question. It took 75 minutes to stay on line to wait for an answer I never got because I had to hang up.
