Nikki is the greatest and best! She only showed me properties that “I” wanted to look at in my price range, didn’t pressure me into something I didn’t want. She explained the current market, whether the property was priced with the current market. I have bought and sold property with her, one in the middle of the pandemic. I highly recommend her. She listens to what YOU want.

Nikki is the consummate professional. She listened to what my husband and I wanted in our new home, and showed us houses that fit our criteria exactly. She was able to switch gears when we did and ultimately helped us find a fantastic home that we love. She has excellent follow through. She was skilled at advocating on our behalf with various parties in the homebuying process, and her unfailingly positive attitude was much appreciated. You can’t go wrong if Nikki is your agent!

I have NEVER met or worked with a realtor as professional and friendly as Nikki. She was on top of every piece of the sale. Her marketing is above and beyond the normal for who she reaches out to, the brochure quality and follow up. She answers emails and calls the same day. He knowledge of the market and what to expect was spot on. She came in and made great suggestions for making the home look like what a buyer would want to see.
