I went here a while ago but never forgot the experience I had. I showed up because I had some acrylic nails that were lifting and were bothering me (not done by them). I asked for a soak off because I have very sensitive and weak nails. The lady proceeded to RIP them off after I specifically told her to do a soak off. The people were nice for the most part. My tech did not like when I told her what I didn’t want. I came in with transparent powder and she used a really funny looking pink color for the fill so it made my French tips weird to me. I ended up going with this color. My nails are uneven and the fill is quite thick. I ask for a slight coffin but just gave up when I realized she was just gonna keep filing the edges straight. They was very nice and polite. I got my nails and toes done three days ago for 150 dollars they wasn’t the best but they were durable. Here it is 3days later and I have 4 nails missing and they have been come off and lifting up since the very next day I kid you not I will not be back I don’t if it’s because they did my nails so fat and bulky or if they was coming off to them being done poorly but I definitely give them a 0/5
Whoever did my brows ruined my shape and left hair all under , they look so wonky and my birthday is literally tm I cried and had a panic attack I’ve been working on my brow shape/ growth since I was 14 yrs old just to have sb carelessly cut off the front of my brow. I knew I should have left just due to the smell: smells like open sewer .
