Horrible experience. Kevin filed my nails with an electric file to the point I had to pull my hand away from the pain 4 different times, let the file slip and run on the other side of my finger, laughed and said it was due to my ring being to sparkly, but it was the other hand. Wanted my nails a lot shorter and snapped differently, he shaped my nails after he painted them with the dip powder instead of trimming before, again super rough. I’ve always had a great experience here with Kevin and Natalie. They are social, professional, and do a great job that lasts! Their stations and tools are clean and they take sanitizing seriously with individually packaged tools so you know they are clean, liners in their foot baths, and tidy stations!
