Dr. Graves is very knowledgeable and caring.
Dr. Graves is a great physician practicing in a not so great office. I don't know exactly what it is about the practice but it's struggling. Getting returned calls is hit or miss and follow up doesn't occur as it should. Healthcare is important and their lack of follow through has cost me a $1400 discount on my healthcare benefits. It was a simple request fill out a form and return it. I waited a month to only be told they lost it. I will not be returning to the practice or referring anyone.
