I just went here for the first AND last time. First of all they're over priced secondly the paint job sucks and thirdly the gel wasn't even dry when I left! Should have gave her NO tip!!!
I have been to this salon for about 2 years now. The service is exceptional, and the staff as well as the manager are accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Cracked heels are not something a manicurist can fix, so please see a doctor. They are wonderful for wedding parties and all of their hair stylists are talented and friendly. I have recommended this salon to many of my friends and family who have said nothing but wonderful things.
I've been personally going to this salon for over 8 years and have never had a problem with anyone employed at this establishment. The staff and manager are always friendly, courteous, and treat me like family. I am a business owner and can understand that it is impossible to please everybody. If someone has a medical issue regarding cracks in their heels then they need to see a doctor not a manicurist. I have referred many clients to this salon and all of them have been very pleased. I have been going to this salon for 5+ years and have always received the best service
This is a wonderful salon with amazing staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The salon is open and airy with comfortable seats and relaxing spa chairs for incredible pedicures. I love the gel manicures. Very accommodating. I highly recommend this business. Convenient parking and great location.
First time there. My heels are still cracked so they flunk on the pedicure, then I was quoted a price on a nail upgrade and at checkout charged me another $7 more than the quote so my husband paid for no manicure at all. Offered no apology for the mistake and there answer was to fire a new hire even though 2 associates gave me the quote. This is about as unprofessional as I have ever seen. Terrible Pedi, terrible attitude. There are so many other salons GOOD RIDDANCE
