We have worked with this agency for many years, and they have always been responsive and helpful. I had some concerns regarding the three auto insurance policies we have, with regard to both coverage differences among them and significant price differences. We met with Scott Conklin, who had researched our policies in preparation for our meeting, and was able both to provide clear and good answers, and looked further with us to refine our coverage to fit our usage better. Very productive meeting.

We recently submitted two claims to State Farm related to hail damage. Both cars were considered totaled. We chose to surrender one car, retain the second, and purchase a new car. I contacted Nikki Dyer's office and worked with Scott Conklin for the first time.
