Nikki was very helpful when we were looking for a home. As we walked through potential residences with her, she would point out things that we wouldn't necessarily notice, such as the following: This kitchen has nowhere to put utensils in a drawer, it's dark in here but they have sun screens on the windows, she would point out different types of flooring, and also point out changes that we could make to homes to make them more our style in our future. Nikki is the BEST!! She’s knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to get to know me and understand what I wanted. With the place I bought, she knew the listing agent and “helped” write a letter to the seller (she really wrote it. I wrote a paragraph, unsure how much to say, she took it and wrote the most beautiful letter I’ve ever read that ultimately had my offer get accepted).
