There's a few real estate "truths" that I heard as I prepared to purchase a new home for my family. "Location, Location, Location". Or, " Kitchens and Bathrooms sell homes". A few others as well, and while all true, none can really begin or be effective if you don't have the right person guiding, leading and counseling along the way. We sold our house within a couple of weeks from listing. Had multiple offers the very next day after the first and only open house. Nikita knows her stuff! You may not understand, agree with or even like what and how she does things, but if you trust her, do what she advises you to do and let her do her job you'll be surprised how good she is at what she does. She also helped us find and buy our new home. We looked at a number of houses and she has always been willing to spend time with us and show us multiple properties. Sh... read more

It was such a pleasure to work with Nikita. She made all my worries as a first time home buyer very easy going and smooth! During all of my most stressful moments she remained there to assist any way she could and I greatly appreciated that.I would definitely work with her again!!Thank you Nikita
