I've been seeing Niki for 2 years or so now for hashimotos. Being my first experience with a naturopath/a holistic approach to anything, I was unsure what to expect but I was blown away by how in depth she went on everything and the different angles she's tackled things from over the period I've been seeing her. Felt a bit anxious when I was first diagnosed but thanks to her guidance, I feel completely at ease with everything. Could not recommend her more. 😁
I attended one of Niki's 60 minute lectures on Hashimoto's which I found very informative and well worth my time. It was affordable ($25) and she explained quite a lot about the condition and how to better look after my ill-functioning thyroid. I definitely feel like I know a lot more about it than I did before. I'd be happy to attend other lectures/workshops of hers in the future.
Had the chance to hear Niki talk about Children's nutrition and immunity. Was a great evening we left empowered with so much knowledge and new food ideas for our daughter. Niki was the perfect host even with little miss running a muck.
