Purchased my son a pair of shoes, they were the wrong ones, they didn’t have the style or size he was after, couldn’t get a refund, had to get a voucher. Now have a voucher and they don’t have options for him. Small youth basketball range and arrogant male staff. Buy online.
Staff helpful but pricing is ridiculous. Why have 30% sale signs all around the store when it's a tiny rack of 2 items. Please be more specific with what is and what isn't on sale. Other than decent range of shoes which I do purchase regularly but come on guys. 120 dollars for a pair of shorts is ridiculous. You can buy a pair of runners for an extra 80 dollars. Very high mark ups.
Poor staff performance. No interest in helping you find what you need.
