A little disappointed, went in to buy some shorts today, staff tells me there is 30% discount (there is even a big sign out front saying 30% off). Tried the shorts, great fit, love the product. At the counter I am told the list price $85. I am like what about 30% off? They say sorry doesn't apply to black colour, applies to all others colours. 🙁

LIARS! They don't tell you at the time of purchase that they will not give refunds, only store credit. The staff member lied to my face and told me that their store credit "never expires", but after I looked at the credit note, it clearly expires in just 3 months. They're just trying to steal from you, they have no regard for their customers or decent customer service.

Thanks to Luke and the team I finally found my perfect shoes! And for being so patient with my indecisiveness. My partner got me a pair of shoes for my birthday but it was too small in size so we went back and I ended up choosing another one but it didn’t fit my slim feet perfectly and maybe there was a faulty but Luke sent it back to the manufacturer, very kind.
