Helped out with purchasing sneakers. Gave great info!
Jaz and Lou were incredible with there great customer service skills and were also extremely informative
A little disappointed, went in to buy some shorts today, staff tells me there is 30% discount (there is even a big sign out front saying 30% off). Tried the shorts, great fit, love the product. At the counter I am told the list price $85. I am like what about 30% off? They say sorry doesn't apply to black colour, applies to all others colours. 🙁
Very good range of products here only minus star for staff' indifference to customer walking in and kept chatting among themselves
LIARS! They don't tell you at the time of purchase that they will not give refunds, only store credit. The staff member lied to my face and told me that their store credit "never expires", but after I looked at the credit note, it clearly expires in just 3 months. They're just trying to steal from you, they have no regard for their customers or decent customer service.
