I had been the victim of serious domestic assault late in the night of September 23, 2022. I went to a safe location that night, called a friend (i have no memory of that) and went to sleep. We went to see Dr. Mark Nikbakht at the Lakewood ER with a stressful, pregnancy-related situation late at night. He was so kind and calming and helpful and really made us feel like we were in good hands. He’s thorough and concerned but not alarmist, and honestly I wish he could be our primary care physician! Our whole family was so impressed with him!
