They could Be honest. Stick to one name. (I know of at least 4 names including realgems, etc) Sell what they say. Back up their stuff. they use several names, they charged me for an upgrade that never was.. no certification...(because, "remember" "you upgraded it.") It took 6 months to get reimbursement from them through my bank and then they offered 50% repayment.. Stone was smaller than advertised. Purchased my engagement ring through this company. We have been asking about a band that will match for over a year. They always say they will get back to us but never do. Gave us a number to call but no one ever answers. Awful awful company! Be wary!
Ring broke in half. Diamonds fell out.... however before even seeing the ring they said the lifetime warranty doesn’t cover abuse. One of the worst customer service experience I have experienced from a business that wasn’t don’t put the back of a bus at the mall. Steer clear. The jewelry is low quality and the service is awful. Nathan should not be allowed to represent a company that hopes to stay in business.
