Our rubber flashing around drain vents have rotted away and unfortunately our original roof installer could not make time to get it looked at. I found Nika roofing and gave them a call, Gena was incredibly friendly and immediately gave a time to come take a look in a few days, talked about the issues and promptly scheduled for the repairs the next day. I knew that our roof needed work, but I didn't know where to start and I'd heard plenty of horror stories. So I asked a neighbour who is in the construction business if he knew of a good roofer. He recommended Nika Roofing, a company that had already done many houses in our area in North Vancouver. Now I know why he recommended Nika. They were responsive and professional.
