I had a leak in my roof and Gena came out the next day (on a Sunday) to have a look. He very quickly identified the problem with my TPO roof and gave me tips on how to fix it myself - it turned out it was just a leaking skylight. He refused to let me pay a callout charge because he said he didn't have to do anything - but the fact that we were stood on my icy frozen roof on a Sunday morning said otherwise! Absolutely 5/5, I'll definitely be using them for all of my future roofing needs.
Gena is nice and professional. He came to my house on time and checked for only a few minutes and then diagnosing the problem and fixing it free of charge. I appreciate him very much. If I have any other problems regarding the roof in the future, I will definitely contact him first.
Don't hesitate to call Gena and his team to take care of your roof repairs or installation. I had a leaking roof dripping water into my kitchen and no-one could detect the source. I called Gena, and he was determined to find the source and fix it - the source was not easy to detect but he did not give up until it was totally solved. Great tenacity and value.
