Visit the Arlington heights clinic the first time. My experiences were not bad , but not so good neither. The ultrasound technician is kind, but seems not know how to instruct patients, she asked me to hold breath, but never told me to breathe again. Very confused and not a good experience. The XRay technician has cold face, gave unclear instructions. Very hard to communicate. In general. They are on time, and all other nurses and doctor are polite.
