UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: MARCH 2026: I called multiple times over the course of a year to schedule an appointment for laser hair removal from a package I purchased. The first time I called, I was told the girl that I always saw, Jen, no longer worked there and they did not have someone new just yet. I asked if these sessions expired and was assured, they did not. I got laser hair removal here last year. After my final session I had no results. I was told I was a perfect candidate because I have super pale skin and very dark hair. LITERALLY no results. I reached out multiple times for help as to what I can do. I spent a lot of money and it was completely wasted. I’m completely heartbroken.
