DO NOT got to this Dr! The office staff in billing are the rudest I've ever dealt with. The Dr coded my colonoscopy as 'diagnostic' instead of 'preventative' which meant I have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket instead of my insurance company paying for it. After many calls to get the code changed they were extremely rude and refused to change it. Even though my Insurance company was willing to pay it if they coded it 'preventative'. Which it totally was!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. I'm never using them again!!
Excellent care from minute I arrived till I left. Doctor Patel was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. Wonderful kind doctor
I’ve seen Dr. Patel twice and both office visits left me disappointed. I have now switched doctors based on these experiences. I had originally selected to go to him based on such positive reviews. He’s quite a drive from where I live, but I figured it would be worth it. At our first visit, an afternoon in Fall 2021, he yawned quite a few times, maybe 4-5, in a fairly short visit.
