Predatory leading pratices. I had a auto loan with NIH, they tacked on fees that I could not see from the NIH app. They charged me over $4,500 worth of fees for things like "bad address" and "insurance premium fee." They said it was my fault for not contacting them every 6 months to let them know I maintained full coverage auto insurance. I fought for weeks to get my money back. But just gave up and closed all my accounts.
