Per the review above, NIH Credit Union performs at or near the bottom. Their fees are added without warning, are unusually high, and their customer service is shared and generally ineffective. After a 5-7 question verification process, you still are unable to change your address and need to send in forms through the mail, which they will provide you via email (ironically an address you can change over the phone) negating the security value of the paper forms.
