These guys are great! We’ve been working with them for two years with zero issues. They’re responsive and they get things done. I highly recommend working with them!
Niguel Point Property Management has been managing my property for 1.5 years now, and they have been a life saver. Everyone on the team has been great and responsive. The team keeps me informed of any maintenance issues, and their vendors have been great at fixing the issues. Most importantly, they will rent out your property at the highest market value to great tenants. Highly recommended!
As a tenant, they’re the worse. Their main interest is the owner and if you’re a tenant you’re a tenant stay away. These are the people I dealt with: Clark, Debbie, 1. I was at a property managed by them and couldn’t them to get me a parking permit through the HOA for the entirety of my lease. 2. They’re incompetent if a disaster strikes at your rental( which it did for me - the condo got flooded from water from upstairs unit) was forced to move out and live in a hotel for 2 months. 3.
