A great place for retirees….
We are currently renting a property managed by Niguel Point Properties. I had a plumbing issue today and they were ON IT!! Seriously, I called and they helped me make a report, had a plumber here within the hour and had it fixed within two hours!! Can’t ask for better customer service than that!
I recently contacted Julia Kasser from Niguel point property management because my kitchen faucet needed repair. She responded instantly to my request and had a plumber out to my property first thing the next morning. By the time I was home from work, the whole issue had been solved. Very pleased with my experience.
I’ve had a wonderful experience renting through Niguel Point Properties in Laguna Niguel, especially thanks to Julia Kasser, their client services manager. She’s incredibly responsive, always friendly, very kind and truly goes above and beyond with her customer service. It’s been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences.
