Had fire damage to my professional building and decided to use Nigro for reconstruction and repairs. Insurance was paying for the work. It was an adversarial relationship from the start. I could not work with superintendent because he never returned calls or responded to contacts. They ended up having me deal with a VP. They made it difficult to get coverage for obvious damages from the fire. Their billing is difficult to follow and not timely. I would not recommend this company for any construction needs.
Prints 500 flyers informing of service 8-4pm, water will be off. Entire day goes by no water, no phone response, no email, no nothing. Awesome!!
This company (at least the staff that work at our building) has been working on the same problem for at least 5 years in a row, 2024 makes 6. It is clear they don't know what they are doing. The head guy walks around with coffee in his hand all morning, sits on his cell phone, brings his kid to work and leaves to take him to school, sits in his vehicle half the morning and is on site when NO other workers are present.
